Refund Policy

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. We work with you until you are happy with the result. This refund policy outlines the fair conditions under which refunds are applicable.

1. Advance Payment

A 50% advance is collected before project commencement. This advance is used to allocate resources, begin research, and start design work.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of the advance if:

  • We fail to begin work within 3 business days of receiving advance payment
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work
  • Both parties mutually agree to cancel before any design work has begun

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced (design, development, or research)
  • Client changes requirements significantly after work has begun
  • Client is unresponsive for more than 7 days after work delivery
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences not communicated before project start
  • Google My Business or SEO services — results depend on Google's algorithm and cannot be guaranteed

4. Revision Before Refund

Before any refund is processed, we will offer up to 3 additional revision rounds at no charge to resolve any dissatisfaction. We genuinely want every client to be happy.

5. Refund Process
