By accessing services.theashnow.com or engaging TheAshNow Services for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

TheAshNow Services provides website design, SEO, Google My Business setup, and related digital services as described on our website. Final deliverables are subject to mutual agreement before project commencement.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final file handover
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy

3. Project Timeline

Timelines quoted are business days and assume timely provision of required information and feedback from the client. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Revisions

Each package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be charged separately at ₹500 per revision round.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website files. TheAshNow Services retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and required assets
• Respond to queries within 48 hours to avoid project delays
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed by the client

7. Limitation of Liability

TheAshNow Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or digital assets. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
